How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the EGYPT takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is also available. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination. -
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I return a product if I’ve used it?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. -

Yes! Most of our products are sulfate-free, silicone-free, and safe for color-treated hair. Check the ingredients listed on each product page. -
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. Plumpy Curls is 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products on animals. -
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. -
