We accept returns on most items, provided they meet the conditions below:

  • Return Window: You may return unused and unopened items within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, seals, and tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items that:

    • Have been opened, used, or tampered with

    • Show signs of damage, wear, or alteration

    • Are considered hygienic items (e.g., opened hair tools, brushes, or hair masks)


2. 🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please reach out within the 5-day return window:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted for unopened and unused products.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll offer you a refund or allow you to choose a different product.

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we’ll send return instructions including the return address.

  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defective product on our part.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
